بقدر عمليات التصفيات في زمن الحرب، فإن عمليات القمع الممنهجة والتدجين والتهجري القسري للعقول التي طالت وتطال الطبقة المتعلمة والمدنية في اليمن، كارثية ووخيمة على المدى البعيد.
إن التراكم الذي استطاع صنعه اليمنيون خلال السبعة العقود المنصرمة منذ قيام الجمهورية في ستينيات القرن المنصرم ليس بالقليل على الرغم من الوهن الذي ساهمت وعملت على تأسيسه الأنظمة الديكتاتورية, لكن مع الأسف تم القضاء على هذا التراكم المعرفي والفكري والفني خلال سبعة أعوام من الحرب, حيث أعطت فيها الضوء الأخضر للمشاريع الرجعية واللاوطنية بالسيادة.
تحكم وستحكم هذه المشاريع اليمن لبعض الوقت, لكن عجلة التطور والمستقبل لن تتوقف.
As far as the liquidation operations in wartime, the systematic repression, domestication and forced displacement of minds that affected the educated and civilian class in Yemen are disastrous and dire in the long term.
The accumulation that the Yemenis were able to make during the past seven decades since the establishment of the republic in the sixties of the last century is not small despite the weakness that dictatorial regimes have contributed to establish, but unfortunately this knowledge, intellectual and technical accumulation has been eliminated during the seven years of the war. It was the green light for reactionary and the unnational projects of sovereignty.
These projects will rule Yemen for some time, but the wheel of development and the future will not stop.
