It’s been quite the year for every council worker’s favourite stencil owner. From his tour of Gaza to bringing Steve Jobs to Calais’s largest refugee camp, Banksy has highlighted the politics of many of 2015’s most troubled regions. Where he goes next is anyone’s guess. Surely it can’t be long until he’s asked to join Geri Halliwell in the hallowed corridors of the UN as a goodwill ambassador.

على مدى يومين شاركت عبر مداخلات مع طلاب مدرسة “لانجفين” الثانوية في مدينة مارتيج, ضمن حملة “عشرة أيام توقيع” التي اطلقتها منظمة العفوا الدولية لدعم أصحاب الرأي حول العالم.

تحدثت عن أعمالي وعن التحديات التي يواجهها الفنانين وأصحاب الرأي خلال الحروب والأزمات.

“No more Hatred” October 2020

العالم مليء بالحروب والصراعات بمختلف أشكالها ومعانيها, ونحن بحاجة لتهدئة هذه الصراعات والإحتجاج على إستمرارها, وإستمرار خسارة الأرواح.

إن التطرف بكل أشكاله ومعانيه لن يكون وسيلة من وسائل الإحتجاج.

التطرف يقود لتطرف أشد.

The world already full of wars and conflicts in different means and forms.

We should seek to calm and protest the human loses not to push toward the worse.

Extremism in all of its means and forms will not be a way of protest! Extremism leads to more extremism.

The French prominent writer “Jeannete Bougrab, speak through her new book about the Yemen forgotten war.

It is my pleasure that my mural “Children of Rubble” photo, was used as a cover of her book.

The book now is in the libraries.

“Faces of War Selfie”, Virtual Campaign against War

Today I launched my virtual campaign “Faces of War Selfie” to denounce the war in Yemen and around the world.

I invite you all from around the world to take part in this virtual campaign, to denounce the wars.

To take part in this simple and important action, just take a photo as shown below, and post it on your social page with the hashtag #Faces_of_war, and all the photos in the hashtag will be republish in my website.

“أرجعوا قنابلكم”

الحرب مازالت مستمرة في اليمن, وأطرافها يتجاهلو كوارثها على الناس, وعالم يشاهد ويستفيد منها.

على جدار خرسانات اسمنتية على إحدى الشواطى في مدينة مرسيليا, و يبدو انها من بقايا الحرب العالمية الثانية كما شرح لي أحد الأصدقاء, قمت برسمت هذه الجدارية.

“Take your bombs back”

War is still going on in Yemen, and the parties ignore its disasters on the people, in other hand a world keep watching and benefits from its continuity.

On the wall of concrete on a beach in Marseille, and it seems that it is a relic of the Second World War, as a friend explained to me, I drew this mural.
