Burn Hatred Books

During years of the war that still raging, the militias in all their forms, especially the Houthi militia, have been changing the educational curricula in their areas of control in line with their agendas. With this, millions of Yemeni children are subjected to a brainwashing process based on a sectarian aspect in the biggest disaster facing education in the history of Yemen.

With this, I call on everyone to participate in burning the books that were devoted as curricula outside the scope of the general education of the state and any books that were distorted during the war period, as they are forced educational changes, and contribute to the division of society on an abhorrent sectarian basis.

I invite you to participate on the hashtag #Burn_Hatred_Books

War Helmet

War bells are ringing across the world, a dangerous turn that requires all of us to stand up, and against the continuation of wars that are also still burning.

The work of the artist Murad Subay, a painting on a military helmet, where on the front side of the helmet a “face of war” depicting the its horror, and on the other side an endless circle with a red background as a black hole, depicting the continuation of wars around the planet, that swallowing everything

  Hatred is an endless circle.

What Banksy did next: five fresh ideas for the street art agitator in 2016

It’s been a busy 2015 for Banksy, who opened his own theme park and intervened in Europe’s refugee crisis. Here’s how he should wield his spraycan next year

Banksy’s graffiti portrait of Steve Jobs at the Jungle migrant camp, Calais, France: the artist offered disused materials from his Dismaland project to build shelters at the camp.

It’s been quite the year for every council worker’s favourite stencil owner. From his tour of Gaza to bringing Steve Jobs to Calais’s largest refugee camp, Banksy has highlighted the politics of many of 2015’s most troubled regions. Where he goes next is anyone’s guess. Surely it can’t be long until he’s asked to join Geri Halliwell in the hallowed corridors of the UN as a goodwill ambassador.
